Path and Inspiration
My path in ceramics is shaped by a life lived between city and desert. Formed in London and now grounded in the desert by the sea, my work grows from the dialogue between architectural structure and elemental openness. I draw inspiration from geometry, cosmology, sound, and engineered systems, using clay as a way to explore rhythm, proportion, and balance. Through this practice, invisible patterns are translated into tangible forms that invite use, presence, and quiet reflection.Process and Practice
My practice focuses on functional art and design shaped through careful observation, repetition, and refinement. Working mainly on the wheel, alongside hand-building and casting, I allow precision and variation to coexist. Process is central—each piece develops through testing, adjustment, and attention to detail. I seek a balance between control and intuition, allowing material, form, and surface to evolve through making rather than enforcing a fixed outcome.
