Path and Inspiration

My latest works are a mixture of sculpture and functional wares which are designed to draw in the eye. Layers of textures and intense details, created by a mix of free sculpting and moulds, I create a tapestry of flowers, leaves, incests, and fungi. Leaning on the ideas of the Victorian obsession with collecting and the displaying of plant and animal specimens.

Process and Practice

Mainly a ceramic sculptor I currently works with porcelain paper clay, however I like experimenting with different clays and techniques when something new comes up in the pottery world.
